Before work begins, complete a guided two-minute check-in. Record capacity, pressure, focus, avoidance and the condition of Voice, Body, Blueprint and Wealth. No long-form reflection is required.
Transfer the week’s signals into a simple pattern view. The built-in routing key shows which pattern is repeating, which pillar is carrying the strain and which response protocol to use.
Choose one directed action: move the meaningful work, make the decision, communicate the boundary, reduce the demand, delegate the task or complete the value-creating move. The system converts awareness into action before the day fills up.
At the end of the quarter, see your strongest and most strained pillars, repeated patterns, decisions made, capacity restored, meaningful work completed and evidence of how your operating behaviour changed.
